BY PLANE:

Arrive at Limoges Bellegarde Airport on Ryanair from Stansted or on Flybe from Southampton and we collect you for free! Arrive at Limoges Airport on other flights and we can arrange for you to be collected for a small supplement.

Limoges Bellegarde Airport has flights to and from Stansted, East Midlands (Nottingham), Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester, Southampton and Paris. Connections can be made from Dublin, Belfast and Edinburgh. or fly from Dublin to Bordeaux or La Rochelle.

BY TRAIN:

Arrive in Angouleme via Lille on Eurostar from St. Pancras International, or from Paris' Charles de Gaulle airport. Or, if you are already in Paris, come by train from Gare d’Austerlitz direct to Limoges.

Thiviers is our local station and is 15 minutes away. We can arrange to collect you from there. Trains arrive in Thiviers from Limoges and from Bordeaux. From Bordeaux airport, take the Jet shuttle bus to the train station, where a train will take you to Perigueux and change for Thiviers.

BY CAR:

By car, the Chateau is approximately 50 minutes from Limoges airport or and an hour from the Limoges St. Benedictin train station. Bordeaux airport is about 1 ¾ hours away by car.

We are 7 hours 30 minutes from Calais and about 6 hours from St. Malo or Le Havre. From Calais or Le Havre, head south to Limoges and then follow local roads to Villars. From St. Malo, head south to Niort and Angouleme and then follow local roads. If you need a night’s stop on the way, we can recommend a ‘Gluten Free’ B&B to you in France where many of our guests have stayed.

There is ample parking at the Chateau.
