Our “Special Diet Holidays” for coeliacs, their partners, families and friends are the main reason that Chateau de Villars has such enormous popularity. We extend our experience and care to those who have other special diet requirements.    We cater for many different diets, Coeliacs (gluten and wheat free), vegetarians, dairy free, egg intolerant and any or all allergy based diets. 

    With thousands of gluten free and special diet breakfasts, lunches and dinners served at the Chateau over the years, we know our business. A stainless steel kitchen, installed in 2007, was specially designed with designated areas for certain foods, eliminating the danger of cross contamination. Our kitchen in always 'Gluten Free'. No other establishment is specifically designed around 'Special Diets', as we are. Our personal care and experience ensures that your 'Special Diet' is dealt with safely. Every precaution is taken to ensure that each guest's diet requirement are met each day.

    From our catering for coeliacs and other special diets over the years, we know the problems involved with foreign travel. We alleviate all such worries and guarantee to provide the finest cuisine Gluten Free, with no fuss involved!

It is a pleasure for us to see the relief our guests have with a stress free holiday, enjoying the wonderful food we serve here. Unlike many others, we do not just offer the possibility of gluten free dining, all our catering is gluten free. Whilst this makes no difference to non-coeliacs, it makes all the difference to coeliacs.
