Please contact us, by phone or by e-mail, before sending this form, to make
sure that the week you want to come is available and that the room of your choice is available.
We want to help you make the right choice for your special holiday and we want to talk to you!
The deposit is 200 Euros (non-refundable) per person, per week.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of your holiday.
To Pay:
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/CB) or cheques drawn on a French bank (make payable to SARL Chateau de Villars).
At all times we will be happy to answer any questions if you need any clarification about
our Special Diet Holidays and give any assistance you require,
including helping you decide on your best way to travel here.
We can arrange to meet you and return you to Limoges airport if you arrive
on the RyanAir Stansted – Limoges flight or any flight arriving within 30 minutes of that flight. If
arriving on any other flight or at Limoges/Thiviers train station there is a small supplement for
transport to the Chateau. So, please let us know your travel plans.

Your holiday is provided by SARL Chateau de Villars. We advise our guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover any eventuality, cancellation or travel disruption.
